Choose a calendar to open its Toast listing. Select your quantity and December pickup date in the calendar’s options, add it to your cart, and complete payment on Toast. Your Toast confirmation is your order record.
What’s inside, and how much will it cost?
Choose 12 individual 4 oz cups for $45, or 12 pints for $110. Twelve nights of house-made ice cream, with classic favorites and new holiday flavors. Both calendars include nightly riddles, sprinkles and spoons. Toast shows your final total, including any applicable taxes or fees, before you pay.
When and where do I pick it up?
Pickup is at Silver Side Cafe & Creamery, 25 Waterford Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Sunday, December 6, 2026 or Saturday, December 12, 2026. Choose your pickup date on Toast and check your order confirmation for the details.
Why does Toast show a different pickup time?
These calendars are for the December pickup dates listed above. Choose your date in the calendar’s options. If Toast’s checkout shows ASAP or a different date, contact Silver Side before paying so the shop can confirm your pickup arrangements.
Can I order pints and scoops together?
Yes. On Toast, add one calendar to your cart, then return to the menu to add the other. Select the same pickup date for both if you want to collect them together. Review your full cart before paying.
What if Toast is not accepting orders?
Online preorders must be open on Toast before you can pay. Check back or contact Silver Side for the latest availability. Clicking a preorder button alone does not place an order or hold a calendar.
What about ingredients and allergies?
Contact Silver Side before ordering to confirm ingredients and discuss dietary requirements. Please do not assume a calendar is allergy-safe or dairy-free.
How should I store my calendar?
Bring a cooler for pickup and keep the calendar frozen at home. Leave enough freezer space for the full calendar; contact the shop if you need packaging dimensions.
Can I cancel my scoop calendar preorder?
No. Preorders for the 12 Days of Scoops calendar cannot be canceled once placed. For other questions about your order, contact silversidecafecreamery@gmail.com with your Toast order number.
